Privacy and security are important to Athlete CRUSH, INC. This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) outlines the policies and procedures of Athlete CRUSH, Inc. (“Athlete CRUSH”, “we”, “our” or “us”) on the collection, use, and disclosure of your information on www.athletecrush.com (the “Site”), social media channels operated by us or on our behalf (the “Social Media Services”), and the services, features, content or applications we offer. 1.2) IP ADDRESS AND OTHER AGGREGATE INFORMATION:

1.2.1) We automatically receive and record information from your web browser when you interact with the Services, including your IP address and cookie information. We use this information to fight spam/malware and to facilitate collection of data concerning your interaction with the Services, such as on what links you click.

1.2.2) The Services automatically collect usage information, such as the number and frequency of visitors to the Site (“Aggregate Information”). You can interact with Third Party Account outside of outside of the Services through tools provided on Services (“Share”). For example, you can Share articles from Athlete Crush with your social connections on Third Party Account. These tools may be operated by Third Party Services.

1.5.2) By using these tools, you acknowledge that some Third Party Account Information may be transmitted to us. This Third Party Account Information transmitted to our Services is covered by this Privacy Policy. Furthermore, when you use sharing tools, the Third Party Service that operates the tool may be collecting information about your browser or online activity through its own tracking technologies. This activity is subject to the privacy policy of Third Party Service.

1.5.3) Some of your information from the Services may be shared with the Third Party Service and others when you use these tools. This includes, for example, recent articles which you have Shared. Consequently, we suggest you read the privacy policies and other policies of Third Party Services that you use in relation to the Services.

1.6) USER CONTENT: Some features of the Services allow you to provide content to the Services, such as written comments. All content submitted by you to the Services may be retained by us indefinitely. We may disclose such content to third parties. However, as described in this Privacy Policy, we do this in a manner that does not reveal Personal Information.

We are not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices of these Third Party Services, and you are responsible for reading and understanding those Third Party Services’ privacy policies. 2.5) AGGREGATE INFORMATION: We may share Aggregate Information with service providers, partners, or other individuals and entities with whom we conduct business. This aggregate statistical data is shared to help our partners understand our users’ behavioral patterns to improve their services and how our Services interact with them.
